Do I have to pay for message cards or gift wrapping?
NO - we will provide the wrapping and your message card which will include your company logo free of charge. The gifts will be beautifully wrapped in colour co-ordinated paper matching your corporate style.
Why do you operate a next day guaranteed service instead of a cheaper alternative?
We recognise from experience that prompt delivery with a Major national carrier is a vital part of the gift experience.
How fresh are the flowers and fruit by the time they are in the hands of the recipient?
VERY - all fruit is purchased daily and quality checked. Flowers re imported directly from the Dutch auction houses which allows us to have the flower products delivered to the client within three days of picking.
Do you sub-contract any part of your service?
NO - With the exception of delivery we do not sub-contract any art of our service. All gifts including flowers and fruit are prepared by our staff at our premises in Darlington.
Can I order in Advance?
YES - our software system can accommodate future orders to suit your convenience. This can be extremely useful for forward planning at Christmas time or other such key dates and events. Many of our Clients opt for “Name a Day” delivery to allow them to forward plan gift deliveries.
Are there any other charges?
NO - there are no other hidden charges.
