Simply Thank You - Service Level Agreements
- All completed orders received by 1600hrs to be despatched for next day delivery
- Guaranteed next working day delivery (Sundays and Bank Holidays excepted) or guarenteed ‘Name a Day’ delivery.
- All orders will be packaged in the Client’s wrapping and delivered in a plain outer wrap.
- The message will be machine typed up to 250 characters in length.
- STY system to be able to track infinite number of units.
- Delivery system/courier used, to have tracking system, enabling whereabouts of gift at any juncture, within 30 minutes of request.
- Hard copy Proof of Delivery to be available within 48hrs of request
- Courier to card premises in the event of recipient not being at home.
- 2 Further delivery attempts to be undertaken free of charge.
- Courier to operate a “leave safe” policy for perishable items to ensure prompt delivery.
- Courier to have complaint process in place following failed/ disputed deliveries with STY having a reporting back procedure to the Client
- STY will conduct service in a highly professional manner at all times and in a way that does not damage any existing relationships that the Client has with its customers.
